Homes Overseas magazine's award ceremony was held on 28th November, 2008 in London and Sapara development was selected to the Top 20 Off-Plan Properties 2008.There were numerous participant from various countries but the exotic and beautiful nature of Finnish Lapland, guaranteed snow and the exlusive apprearance of Sapara caught the attention of the jury.
