Samira Ltd Construction Company was founded eight years ago and is now the biggest constructor in Finnish Lapland. Our standard of construction work is very high and clients have been very pleased with their new holiday homes. During ten years we have constructed a total of over 500 cabins and apartments.

Construction Company Samira Ltd was founded in the summer of 1998. The company is a Finnish construction company and the headquarters is located in Oulu, Finland and in December, 2008 Samira Group Ltd opened a sales office in Äkäslompolo, Ylläs.
At present, Samira Group Ltd has over 100 holiday homes in progress in Finnish Lapland and new plans are being made all the time. After all, Samira is the market leader in holiday home construction in the whole of Lapland. The projects are always carried out with the best quality and workmanship to meet the high demands of clients. The company prides itself with the high standards and comfort of its holiday homes, paying attention to the last detail.

Finnish Lapland is an area of increasing interest value internationally. Its numerous ski resorts and services offered are constantly developing. All Samira's properties are located in cenral spots in Levi and Ylläs ski resorts - there is no more than 500 meters at most, to the centre of the resort. The properties of 2-4 apartments are made of silver pine log ("kelo"); for apartment hotels Samira uses wood and concrete. If needed, Samira also builds individual, custom-made holiday homes by order with more luxurious equipment and solutions. Samira is also planning out the possibilities to expand the business to other developing resorts.

Remarkable part of Samira's production has been sold to investors. Samira's clients use their apartments a couple of weeks themselves and rest of the year properties are rent out throught local letting agents. Thanks to the vastly increasing international interest in Lapland, property prices will rise rapidly in the near future. Although most of the holiday homes are sold individually, Samira is able to offer its clients entire building projects - such as a whole apartment hotel in a central location.

By autumn 2008 Samira has already constructed hundreds of holiday homes. There are over 200 completed silver pine log residences and seven different apartment hotels with more than 200 apartments. Holiday homes and apartments have been sold as well as in Finland but also to customers in UK, Germany, Spain, Norway and Thailand. Within eight years Samira's sales have grown over 20 times and during these years Samira has finished more than 20 Housing Corporations. In Levi district the most prominent projects are Moonlight and LeviStar apartment hotels as well as Lomailevi, Majailevi and Kätkäilevi silver pine log real estates.
